To make an appointment by phone please dial 0844 387 9990 (cost of a local call).  In order to give you an appointment at the most appropriate time, we hope you will accept questions from our receptionists.

To make appointments on line...
Alternatively you can use our integrated on-line service    to make an appointment to see a doctor.  
EMIS Access allows patients to make and cancel appointments 24 Hours a day without contacting the surgery.
If you would like to use our on-line appointment booking, you will need to register with us first. You can collect a registration form at reception, or alternatively, please Click Here to Download a copy now, complete it and return it to the surgery where we will issue your registration letter.

Please note that you will be required to show some form of identification before your details can be released. (Proof of photo identification required – Passport, Driver’s Licence, National ID or Employee ID)

After you have received your registration letter you will be able to access the systemhere
You can make one GP appointment up to 2 weeks ahead. The complexity of our appointments system means that only routine 10 minute GP appointments can be booked on-line. For all other appointments, please contact the surgery directly.  This applies to 5 minute urgent GP appointments, double (or longer) appointments, all Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments, and appointments involving both GP and nurse, and includes blood pressures, cervical screening, ante and post natal examinations.

Cancellations
If  you wish to cancel your appointment please contact the surgery as soon as possible so that it can be offered to someone else.
