Requests for home visits should be made before 10.30 a.m. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible:

    Patient’s Name
    Age of Patient
Address, directions and an up to date telephone number
    Name of Patient’s own doctor
Symptoms and an Estimation of the Urgency of the Problem
Requests for home visits will be taken by the receptionists and a doctor or practice nurse may telephone you after morning surgery before doing a visit.

We do not routinely contact you if your test results are normal.
