At Tadworth Medical Centre we offer a repeat prescription service at the discretion of the doctors.
Requests for repeat prescriptions must be made in writing or by using the tear-off part of the previous computerised prescription.
If you would like to be able to go straight to a local chemist to collect your medication, please specify the chemist on your repeat prescription request before handing the request in to the surgery. The chemists that offer this facility for our area are:
Please allow 48 working hours, for the request to be processed. If you are requesting a repeat prescription by post, please remember to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and allow four working days.
All patients receiving repeat prescriptions will need a medication review at least annually if the arrangement is to continue.
Information on the repeat prescription slip indicates when your medication review is due. If you are going on holiday and you will need your repeat prescription earlier than usual, please mention this on your repeat request slip.
