Now available to Adult Patients for Blood Pressure Checks
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have a patient forum, an informal group which meets quarterly, providing an opportunity for patients to meet the staff and to discuss issues such as appointments, telephones, clinic timing, car parking and referrals to hospital – to mention but a few!
Patient Forum members may also be involved in the PCT’s inspection visits, the Quality and Outcomes Framework and the GPAQ patient survey. It is also an opportunity for patients to discuss the way healthcare is delivered locally.
If you would like to attend, please contact the surgery. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services.
It was introduced in 2013 in respect of hospital wards, A&E departments and maternity services asking patients if they would recommend a service to their friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment. It has now been extended to GP practices and we are fully engaged in the process. Please follow this link to be directed to the I Want Great Care website to register and record your feedback.
Every patient is able to give quick feedback on the quality of the care they receive, giving us a better understanding of the needs of our patients and enabling improvements.
The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
